Capitalized terms, if not defined herein, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

Registration information, such as your date of birth, phone number (or email address, if applicable), password, and user identifier; 2. Payment information, such as bank account number, PayPal, or other payment information required for payment.

However, such data will only be processed offline to create special effects or emoticons, and we will not use it for other purposes unless we obtain your explicit consent or convert it to de-identified data. Furthermore, we will not use your facial data for marketing or advertising, nor will we share such data with any third parties; 4. Information we collect for legitimate interests
When you use the Noffa Services, we may collect the following information: 1. They are collected by us or our business partners to measure and understand the web pages you click on and how you use Noffa Services, enhance your experience with Noffa Services, and provide you with targeted advertising on Noffa Services and elsewhere on your different devices. We access, store, and share your information to generate and share aggregated insights that do not identify you. These aggregated insights may include your usage data or behavioral patterns but do not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users who access a specific website feature, generate statistics about our users, or count the number of ad impressions served or clicked. We do not collect special categories of personal information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, details about your health, and genetic and biometric data).
How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with certain authorized third parties to assist in improving and optimizing Noffa services, to prevent illegal use, to increase user numbers, for development, engineering, and analysis, or for our internal business purposes, including but not limited to: 1. If we believe in good faith that this is necessary to protect the public interest; 10. If it is necessary to protect the safety and fundamental rights of others; 11. If it is necessary to address fraud, security, or technical issues; 12. If it is necessary to ensure the enforcement of our terms and conditions and the daily operation of Noffa services.
Third-party applications
Noffa Services may allow you to access content, products, or services provided by third parties through hyperlinks (in the form of text links, banners, channels, or other means), APIs, or other means, or otherwise access the websites of such third parties (such as Snapchat, Facebook, Google, etc.). Please carefully review the terms and conditions and/or privacy policies of such websites before using them. You acknowledge that Noffa has no control over such third-party websites, does not monitor such websites, and is not responsible or liable for such websites or any content, products, or services available on or through such websites.

Depending on the applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights: 1. Access and update certain personal information you have provided to us by logging into your Noffa account and using the features and functionality provided there; 2. Review the data you are using on the Noffa services and your account upon request, and request that such data be preserved; 3. Correct and delete your personal data retained on the Noffa services; 4. You may change the mobile advertising identifier in your mobile device or limit ad tracking through your mobile device's privacy settings.
How we transfer your information
1. We maintain servers around the world. Your information collected by us is initially stored and processed on servers closest to your region. However, in certain circumstances, your information may be stored and processed in any other country where we maintain data collection facilities. We comply with applicable data localization regulations regarding data transfer practices. We take appropriate measures to ensure that the information we collect is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and relevant applicable laws and regulations. 2. If we provide any information about you to any legal authority, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that such receiving authority adequately protects your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
How long do we retain your information?
We use the following criteria to determine how long we will retain your information: 1. Our contractual obligations and rights with respect to the information in question; 2. Obligations to retain data under applicable laws and regulations; 3. Statutes of limitations under applicable law; 4. Our legitimate business purposes; 5. Disputes or potential disputes. We will retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with the Noffa Services, to enable us to fulfill our contractual obligations and rights with respect to the information in question, or for other legitimate purposes, such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Because different types of information have different needs, the context of our interactions with you or your use of the Noffa Services will result in different retention periods for different types of information. If we do not need your information to provide you with the Noffa Services, we will only retain it for as long as we have a legitimate business purpose to retain it.
How to manage your information
Privacy settings allow you to control whether certain information is shared and whether you wish to use certain features. 1. You can download and save images or audio tracks you share through the Noffa service. If you need to download a large number of uploaded images or audio tracks (more than 100 files), you can email us for assistance. 2. You can also delete your account. To delete your account, you can use the "Delete Account" function in "Settings" or email us in English, indicating that you wish to delete your account. You will then receive our instructions. You will need to follow our instructions to delete your account. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to restore it, and all historical data on your use of the Noffa service will be deleted after a period of time (typically within 24 months). It is expected that certain behavioral data will be anonymized for statistical research purposes. 3. Please note that even after your Noffa account is deleted, certain third parties may retain copies of your information.
Security of Your Information
We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. For example, only authorized employees are permitted to access personal information, and they may do so only for permitted business functions. In addition, we use encryption when transmitting certain of your personal information between your systems and ours, and we use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized access to your personal information. However, please be aware that we cannot completely eliminate security risks associated with the storage and transmission of your personal information. You should exercise caution when submitting information through the Noffa Services and take particular care in deciding what information to provide to us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information at all times.
Child Protection
Noffa Services are not directed to children. If you are under the age of 16 or such other age of majority as required by law in your country of residence, or if you are using our voice calling services, you may not create a Noffa account or use Noffa Services. We have zero tolerance for any form of child abuse or exploitation. If we believe in good faith that you are engaging in child abuse, or if we are required to do so by relevant legal authorities, your data (including private messages) may be shared with legal authorities.
modification
We may amend any of the terms of this Privacy Policy by posting the terms. We will also update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy to reflect the effective date of such Policy. Your continued access or use of the Noffa Services after the date of posting of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must stop accessing or using the Noffa Services.
